Super Battleworn Insomniac, also known as Super Oriental Insomniac (1-XN) is a level in Rhythm Doctor. It is the Night Shift version of Battleworn Insomniac. It is unlocked after completing 4-4 Know You.

Synopsis

After completing 4-4 Know You, Ian urges the intern to return to the hospital. The intern then starts treatment on the insomniac, who is experiencing a relapse, after their initial treatment. In the middle of the level, the virus tears off a chunk of the patient's heart, forcing the player to continue treatment in an irregular time signature. After the treatment is complete, the other patients of the hospital start to gather around, leading into the extra level, X-0 Helping Hands.
