Rhythm Weightlifter (5-B1) is the second bonus level in Rhythm Doctor.
Synopsis
Rhythm Weightlifter is a 2 Player only minigame in which each player must work together to lift different weights. Depending on the weight of the plates on their side, players have to tap faster or slower to avoid dropping the bar.
Points are awarded based on two factors, 50 points are given based on the consistency of each player's taps, and 100 points are given based on overall speed, for a total of 200 points in each level. To get an S+ rank, players must beat Ian's high score of 2350.
The weights on each level are as follows:

Level 1:
| It's finally time. The Lopsided Weightlifting Championship.
| I'm Greg McLegs.. And I've been training for this for YEARS.
| ...hey, wait. What's happening?! I can't feel my legs!
| Uhh...hello? Left leg! Right leg! Listen up! I need you to work together here!
| Push in sync with each other and lift the weight up to the goal line!
| Do me proud, little buddies!
...
Level 2
| Whew, alright. Tht's enough to get to the next qualifier.
| Legs, do me a favor: make sure you push with rhythm.
| If your pushing is inconsistent, you'll start to buckle...
| ...and that'll make the weight feel way heavier!
| The red glow means you're buckling, so keep your focus!
Level 3
| Oh?
| They set us up with a 2:1 weight ratio.
| They don't call it the Lopsided Weightlifting Championship for nothin'!
| Left leg, you just need to tap twice as fast as the Right leg does.
Level 4
| Now it's like the opposite.
| Even though you have different rhythms...
| ...you'll both need to tap steady to get a good Rhythm Score!
Huh. That wasn't too hard.
Good work, team.
And now... I'm tired.
I can try a few rounds.
Be my guest.
Wait, shouldn't you be working?
Eh. I put out the self-serve coffee pot.
Level 5
| 60kg now? A simple warm-up!
| Hey legs, keep in mind you can speed up during the lift without buckling...
| ...as long as you don't slow down afterward.
| Sure, your Rhythm Score might take a hit, but you'll still qualify!
Level 6
| Woo! We're flyin' through these!
| Now, this one's a tricky ratio.
| It looks like...
| My Right leg will have to push three times for every two that my Left leg pushes.
| Probably gonna feel a little weird at first.
| Luckily, if I can't picture it in my head...
| ...the ref lets me press A to hear the rhythm that we need.
Level 7
| 80kg? That's nothin'!
| C'mon legs, you've got this!
Why do we play as legs? Shouldn't we be, like, his arms?
Level 8
| Oh, another tricky one...
| Rhythms in a 4:3 ratio, it looks like.
| I think I know what that sounds like.
| If I press A and focus I can probably remember...
Level 9
| And now, the opposite.
| C'mon, we're almost at the end!
Dang, that fets tricky. But we did it!
Yeah, guess so. What a weird little game. Why is this set up in here?
I dunno. To give people somethin [sic] to do while they wait?
Sure, but, like... is this really supposed to count as exercise?
This publisher puts out "fitness games" that are supposed to be "good for you" or something.
The foot pads track your balance... the wrist-strap tracks your pulse... you have to move a lot...
I guess if it makes you sweat, that counts as exercise...?
These last few are tough. Let me try.
Level 10
| Alright! Back to one side being double as heavy as the other.
| But this time... just a lil' bit more extreme!
| Let's go!
Level 11
| A new weight plate!
| One red plate represents a weight of 50kg.
| In other words, five white plates.
| Let's feel the burn!
Level 12
| Here we are, the finals!
| One side is more than twice the weight of the other.
| A 5:2 ratio, huh? A formidable challenge...
Ending
Yo!!! We did it!!!
H-hey, no hugs... you're crushing my ribs...
Whew. I knew if we didn't get to the end, it was gonna keep bothering me.
Are we the first people here to ever beat this thing?
Uh, technically... I beat it once before.
What? With who??
Well... I just played it by myself. I just stood in the middle, one foot on each pad.
Nobody's wanted to play it since I set it up. (A waste of seventy bucks...)
...hm.
Well, if you ever want to play it again, I guess I'm always down.
