Stutter is an event in the VFX Tab (also called the Actions Tab) that visually (but not functionally) replays a previous timeframe. It only functions within the bounds of a bar.

Usage

Properties
Setting Type Description
Action Buttons (Enum) Either Add or Cancel (forcefully stops an ongoing stutter).
Source Beat Text box (Number) Stutter beginning beat.
Length Text box (Number) Stutter length in beats.
Loops Text box (Number) Stutter loop amount.

Note that setting a source beat greater than or equal to the beat of the Stutter (e.g. source beat 4.5 when the event is on beat 3) will not do anything.

Note that the event can only work within the bounds of one bar, i.e. one can't stutter anywhere on bar X when beginning after bar X.
