4-1 Training Doctor's Train Ride Performance
"I don't usually listen to this stuff, but...it's good!"

It introduces the concept of Holds catching other beats while they are being held. It is the first time the player has to juggle Oneshots and Holds at the same time.

The track was created by Vince Kaichan.

Synopsis

The player treats the Miner and Cole through their heart issues, with Cole playing his music in the train as the Miner listens. In the middle of the level, Richard Hugh briefly interrupts to have a single abrupt heartbeat treated, before the level resumes as normal. After the level, the Miner remarks that he likes the music despite not usually listening to songs of its type.

  Hello from the hospital, again!
Hope you're having fun on your trip, my shift without Dr Paige is a nightmare.
Just a quick lesson, there's one thing to understand about these new held beats...
  Held beats are powerful!
While you're holding a held beat, any beats from other patients nearby will be automatically caught!
  Let's practice that.
On miss:
  Whoops, not like that.
On barely:
  I think you missed it.
On hit:
  Nice!
  There you go.
  It's handy, huh?
Now, let's try it with one of those SVT beats.
  Try treating these two patients!
On hit:
  Nice, nice!
  Keep going...
  Alright!
So, as you can see, you don't have to worry about other heartbeats if they land while you're holding.
That said, this next procedure is still pretty tricky, haha. Good luck!
  Hey, random question, but...
...does anyone know what that Ian guy does around here?
Is he a doctor? A technician? A counselor?
The guy seems like some kind of computer whiz.
One time he said something about his focus being Radiology.
I asked him if that was the study of radios. He laughed at me, really hard.
He does know that I was joking, right...?
