It is the third boss level in the game. It is the first time the player has to take care of Mr. Stevenson directly. It is also the first time that the player has to take care of more than three patients at once.

Synopsis

The player treats Paige, Mr. & Mrs. Stevenson, and Richard Hugh through their respective heart problems. Each patient has a singing role in the level. At the start of the level, Paige attempts to do a proper check-up of Mr. Stevenson. Her pager goes off right as she tries to resolve the miscommunication issue that has prevented Mr. Stevenson from talking to his wife, leaving the issue unresolved. This leads into both Stevensons singing about the waiting time they've had to endure in order to get help, remaining unable to see each other. Paige sings about being overworked and the miscommunication she's been having. Finally, Richard Hugh sings cynically about doctors, expressing his negative views on them, and his belief that they should receive pay cuts. Near the end of the level, Paige sings about her inability to have experienced "dinners, weddings, coffee sessions" with her friends, as a result of her medical studies and her current profession, emphasizing how her patients have "been waiting for so long." The level ends with Ian returning, an hour late to handover. Paige is initially upset until she hears Ian explain that his mother had an episode, and he attempted to call the hospital to let Paige know of the delay, but that this news did not seem to reach Paige. Paige, taken aback, apologizes and expresses sympathy, as Ian expresses gratitude for her covering his shift. The two then discuss the circumstances around Mr. Stevenson's injury, as he looks at a framed photo of his wife, still unable to communicate with her. After the level, Ian expresses gratitude toward the player and Paige, recommending that she take a break. Paige then thanks the intern, letting them know that she'll drop by the vending machine whenever they're ready.

  ..No, no, not at all..

[Voices begin to fade]

  Hey, okay, so,
Mr. Stevenson had his fall yesterday, he's - he's doing fine.
But we still don't know if it was mechanical or syncope.
  He doesn't remember?

  No, his lungs are fine.
[Voices fade out]
I can take it all from here. Thank you, both of you.
  You did great.
  Thanks, man. Phew.
Ada, you look exhausted. You should clock out, I can handle everything.
Yeah, yeah. I'll grab something to eat and make my way out.
Intern. Thank you. That was a real rough one. We couldn't have done it without you.
Starting to feel like you're the glue holding the place together.
Good luck with the next shift.
When you're ready, maybe we can drop by the vending machine? I'm starving.
[Level outro]
But they've been waiting for so

Player is prompted to hit the final beat to make Paige finish her sentence. If the beat is not hit, the following dialogue occurs:

[Richard enters]

You can do it! Come on! Hurry up!

[Richard exits]

[Richard enters]

Any time now! Come on! Let's go!

[Richard exits]

[Richard enters]

Make a move already, would you?

[Richard exits]

[Richard enters]

Oh, bloody hell, hurry up already!

[Richard exits]

[Richard enters]

Oh, come on, make your move! Hurry up!

[Richard exits]

[Richard's arm extends from the left, automatically pressing the button and finishing Paige's sentence]

Note that the easter egg dialogue can be interrupted at any time if the player presses the button themselves.
