Synopsis

The player treats the Samurai in a Japanese themed room which quickly transitions into various 3D-shaped cubic backgrounds. After the level, Paige congratulates the player and informs them of the mechanics behind unlocking night shift levels, and that said levels are more difficult than the day shift counterparts. The post-clear text for Samurai implies that the visuals during the level were a result of the Samurai "partying hard."

  Great work!
A lot of the patients here need to be treated again when different issues flare up.
If you prove you can perform well enough on the patient, then we can trust you to handle the follow-up.
  These operations are usually tougher.
Come back to these patients when you're up for a challenge.
I saw you operating on that samurai guy again. It got me thinking.
He could be some sort of history nerd cosplaying in intricate armor. OR MAYBE...
...he entered some sort of time rift, and woke up hundreds of years in the future.
I'll keep my eyes on him and I'll let ya know.
