This is Run Ian Run which was made by 7th Beat Games.
Synopsis
It is an idle clicker akin to "Cookie Clicker". The player has to collect pulsations by clicking on the patient and by pressing the space bar the shop will open up. After collecting enough pulsations the player is prompted to click on the purple button which would allow them to level up to the next patient.
