In the middle of the level, Richard Hugh briefly interrupts to have a single abrupt heartbeat treated, before the level resumes as normal. After the level, the Miner remarks that he likes the music despite not usually listening to songs of its type.

Rollerdisco Rumble (4-1N) is a level in Rhythm Doctor. It is the Night Shift version of Training Doctor's Train Ride Performance.

It introduces the concept of Holds catching other beats while they are being held. It is the first time the player has to juggle Oneshots and Holds at the same time.
