Blast Beats are a type of Beat introduced in Act 5 of Rhythm Doctor, on the Boss Stage.
They work like Attacks in Act 2, making the next few beats much faster, but a Coach Whistle is overlayed in the Nurse's cue, and the speed of the Whistle is how fast you need to press.
