== Synopsis ==
The player and Paige cooperate to treat both patients in the level, with Paige handling Mr. Stevenson and the player handling Mrs. Stevenson. In the middle of the level, Mrs. Stevenson thanks the player, before going on to say that she hasn't had a chance to talk to her husband, Mr. Stevenson, even though he's in the same hospital as her. She asks the player for help, before soon realizing that the player is unable to communicate through their screen. After the level, the player meets up with Paige. She speaks about her chest pain and the strain that's been placed on her due to no longer having a full staff, and having a much larger workload than before. Paige then asks the player for help, asking if they can keep an eye on her heartbeat.

|Before we move on, there's another condition we've been noticing.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|I know that my elderly patient Mr. Stevenson has this type of rhythm, so you'll probably come across it.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|This treatment is for patients with <span style="color:#00ffff">heart block</span>.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Their heartbeats are regularly irregular.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Because the heart's signals aren't working properly, the beat comes out with this uneven feel.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|They won't pulse out at a regular interval, like what you've been used to.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Think of it almost like swing music, and hit them on the seventh beat.
|}
::<small>''If first beat is completely missed''</small>:
::{|
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Almost!
|}
::<small>''If first beat is barely hit''</small>:
::{|
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Not quite. Try it again.
|}
::<small>''If first beat is hit''</small>:
::{|
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Yup, exactly like that.
|}
{|
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|You're getting it.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Simple enough!
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Now, let's try a case where the seventh lands on a blocked beat..
|-
|}
::<small>''If first beat is barely hit''</small>:
::{|
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Ah! You almost had it.
|}
::<small>''If first beat is hit''</small>:
::{|
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Nice, just like that.
|}
{|
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|You're getting it.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Alright!
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Now, finally let's go over a trickier type of heart block.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|The nurse will play some piano to help you. <span style="color:#c0c0c0">Did you know she used to be a musician?</span>
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Woah, lightning reflexes!
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|See? Not too bad.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Now, for this next case...
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|...we're splitting up to deal with multiple patients.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Don't worry, I'm handling my patient Mr. Stevenson myself.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|You're handling one of our newer patients.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|If you encounter any of these swung rhythms, you'll be ready.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Good luck! See you on the other side.
|}

{|
|{{Sprite/MrsStevenson|expr=sad}}
|Thank you, dearie...can you do me a favor?
|-
|{{Sprite/MrsStevenson|expr=sad}}
|My husband, I think he's here too, in another room.
|-
|{{Sprite/MrsStevenson|expr=tap}}
|I'm worried about him. I usually call him every morning.
|-
|{{Sprite/MrsStevenson|expr=sad}}
|Um, hello? Are you able to help?
|-
|{{Sprite/MrsStevenson|expr=sad}}
|Oh, it seems you're only a finger...
|}
|-|After Clear=
{|
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Phew. I'm back.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|This shift is killing me. I feel like I'm running on an empty tank.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|I miss when we had a full staff around here.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Erk. My chest isn't feeling so hot.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|This is the part where Ian usually urges me to take a break. Can't afford it today.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|I'll drink some water and keep pushing.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Hey, actually...I need a favor from you.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Can you keep an eye on <span style="color:#00ffff">my</span> heart rate?
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|I'll be fine. <span style="color:#c0c0c0">(I think.)</span> It's just...as a back-up, you know?
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|Ian should be back soon. We just need to hold out until handover.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige|expr=baffled}}
|Hm. Here comes the nurse. She's holding a phone?
|-
|{{Sprite/RichardHugh}}
|...AND I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH SHODDY TREATMENT AT ANY MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT!
|-
|{{Sprite/RichardHugh}}
|IT WAS THOSE BUFFOONS! They used that phoney high-tech stuff! The music nonsense!
|-
|{{Sprite/RichardHugh}}
|Someone should fire those slackers! And one more thing, when I tell...
|-
|
|click!
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|*sigh* Just another day.
|-
|{{Sprite/Paige}}
|We've got work to do. Ready?
|}
|-|Janitor=
{|
|{{Sprite/Janitor}}
|I know you're having fun with your techno-magic healing buttons...
|-
|{{Sprite/Janitor}}
|...but who do you think is doing all the hard work caring for the patients?
|-
|{{Sprite/Janitor}}
|Me and the nurse have been breaking our backs all day runnin' this place.
|-
|{{Sprite/Janitor}}
|We're going back and forth, keeping this elderly couple fed, fixing their bedsheets, maintaining their rooms.
|-
|{{Sprite/Janitor}}
|Glad you guys finally showed up to do something.

* During the final tutorial mechanic demonstration, Paige will always say "Woah, lightning reflexes!" after the first beat, even if the player misses. This might be an oversight.
