The player treats Marija, Buro, and Rin throughout the level, with brief appearances by the [[Cockatiel]] and [[Owl]], before Richard Hugh appears later in the level and has to be treated alongside the three girls. The level starts with Buro being energetic and trying to shop around for desserts as much as she can, with Rin responding that she feels sick and that they should take a break to view the sunset. As the level ends, Buro expresses disappointment in the way their trip is going. Marija responds, stating her belief that their trip is still fun even if it isn't going as planned. After the level, Paige checks up on the three patients and inquires about their condition, to which Rin responds by hiding her chest pains, before thanking the doctors for treating their heartbeats once more. Paige attempts to get them to rest but the three of them refuse the opportunity, stating that they wish to experience an entertaining nighttime activity. Marija asks if there are any local venues they would recommend, with Paige responding by informing them of the Roller Disco. This prompts the three of them to immediately leave the hospital to attend the disco, abruptly speaking goodbye right after Paige voices her recommendation.
